01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to 964jg. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 964jg ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 964jg platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 964jg platform. Continued use following any published amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 964jg, all of which together constitute the entire agreement between the member and the platform.
02 Eligibility & Registration
To register and use 964jg services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:
- Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
- Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gaming activities.
- Register only one account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
- Never been banned or suspended from any online gaming platform previously for fraudulent conduct.
964jg reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents typically required include a copy of your ID card, proof of address, and proof of payment method. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect all members from fraudulent activity.
Registering on behalf of another person, including family members, is prohibited. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
03 Member Account
Your 964jg account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activities that take place within your account, including all wagering, transactions, and communications made.
- Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify the 964jg support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- Update your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure your records remain accurate.
- Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.
964jg uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. However, security also depends on the member's own diligence. 964jg will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
964jg supports multiple payment methods for the convenience of members across Malaysia, including DuitNow, instant bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Deposit limit:
- Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
- Members can set a daily deposit limit through their account settings as a responsible gaming measure.
- Deposits are credited to your account automatically within seconds upon confirmation.
Withdrawal limit:
- Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
- Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to standard security review procedures.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the 964jg team.
All deposited funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. 964jg reserves the right to decline withdrawals and freeze accounts if there is reasonable suspicion regarding the source of funds.
05 Bonus & Promotions
964jg offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page before any claim is made.
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
- General rollover is between 1x to 5x depending on the promotion type.
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until rollover requirements have been met.
- Wagering using bonus funds that do not meet the minimum requirements will not count towards rollover calculations.
- Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus.
- 964jg reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation. All accounts involved will be closed and all balances will be forfeited without exception.
06 Game Rules
All games offered on the 964jg platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an accredited third party. This ensures that every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
- Results that have been processed by the system are final and cannot be disputed on general technical grounds.
- In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, 964jg will review the game records and resolve the situation based on accurate server data.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once the game has started.
- The RTP value for each game is displayed in the respective game information for members' reference.
- Live Casino games are subject to additional rules stated in the respective game section.
In the rare event that an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 964jg reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and restore the member's original balance following a thorough investigation.
07 Prohibited Activities
964jg members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities that undermine the integrity of the platform and the interests of other members:
- Registering or using more than one account at the same time.
- Using any bot software, automation tools, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing login credentials, selling, or transferring an account to another party.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the 964jg platform.
- Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the system to gain unauthorised advantages.
- Collaborating with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC process.
Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities without prior notice.
08 Account Closure
964jg reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or requests from relevant authorities.
Members may also request to close their own account at any time through:

- Using the account closure option in your profile settings.
Valid balances and funds not subject to any outstanding rollover requirements will be returned to the member once the self-requested account closure process has been completed.
09 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law, 964jg will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or third-party cyberattacks.
- Errors made by the member themselves, such as unintended bets or incorrect amount entries.
964jg's maximum total liability to any member in any situation shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10 Responsible Gaming
964jg is fully committed to responsible gaming principles. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a financial burden or emotional strain. Our platform provides a range of tools to help members stay in control:
- Deposit limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits to control your spending.
- Session time limit — automatically limit the duration of your playing sessions.

11 Service Changes

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where 964jg operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction as appropriate.
If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be considered severable from the remainder and will not affect the validity of the other provisions in this document.
